2011 Regional Singer of the Year
Every year one singer is selected from all the finalists of classes 9 – 16 as an outstanding artist. This Singer of the Year for 2011 is Sam Hartley, student of Alisa Belflower at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Sam took first place in Classical division 10 (Senior Men) with a rousing rendition of Leporello's aria from Don Giovanni. Congratulations to Sam!
